Best car buying experience I've ever had. Dealt with Bryson and the GM Brad. Both went above and beyond to make the deal happen and it was more like talking with friends than "dealing with a salesman " . Would recommend for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
My experience here was amazing and as smooth as it could have been. I was in the unfortunate situation where I had a car that wasn’t paid off and had negative equity but Red River worked with me and made it very simple. My sales agent was Anthony Smith and he was friendly and very informative. I definitely recommend everyone looking for a Ford or any other type of vehicle go here and see how they can help you.

Really great staff always friendly and helpful! Incredibly timely it’s great to not have to sit around all day and wait for an oil change! The only downfall this visit was, I had a broken cupholder (The bottom had fallen out ) and was given a $700 estimate to have it fixed, Which seemed ridiculous!!! I was told unfortunately, it was very labor-intensive. So after 3 YouTube videos and 20 minutes later! I was able to reengage the rubber peace (after researching I realized it was an incredibly common problem). With all that said, I’m a red river fan and would recommend them a million times!!!!

I wanted to share how great my experience with this dealership was and how grateful I am for the service department. We were coming back from vacation for spring break with my girls. My F-450 started overheating Friday night at 5:00 and I was 15 miles away from this dealership. My gf had called to see if there was any chance someone could look at my truck because we were pulling a 45’ fifth wheel. The receptionist found us a campground 1 mile from the dealership for us to park for the night and they looked at my truck first thing Saturday morning. I was back on the road by 12:00 to finish our trip home. If this dealership wasn’t 800 miles away, they would have earned my next truck purchase. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. If you are in the area and need something Ford, this is the place to go

We literally handled everything on line and my car was sitting in my yard the next day. They deliver at no cost. The vehicle was priced $6500.00 lower than Orr Toyota in Hot Springs. And they did not try to add cost to the vehicle. Orr dealership started at one price and by the time they get to the paperwork they add what they called dealership add-on and cost to deliver. After being there 3 hours they informed me they did not have the vehicle in stock and it would be a month out, then informed me l could buy the highest priced one they had on lot. So l walked out. SO VERY GLAD I DID. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT RED RIVER FORD. And the vehicle they sold me for that lower price was indeed the higher priced one Orr tried to put me in at a much lower price..... Red River Ford always has the lowest price on the vehicle I want. Alan Heidelberg is awesome I have purchased 5 vehicles from him since 2019. He always makes the deals happen for me. All the guys at Red River Ford are very helpful and make you feel welcome and not pushy. The service department is also really nice and gets you in and taken care of. I highly recommend purchasing and servicing vehicles at Red River Ford.
The salesperson was very friendly and courteous the only problem is is they didn't detail the car before I got it but they came and picked it up or they they delivered it and they are fixing some problems and probably going to detail it and bring it back so that was nice

We give them a 5 star because they are courteous, kind, and customer service is awesome! They pick up your car and deliver for maintenance. Superb quality, they come to you for updates that don’t need a garage, in the spot maintenance. However, we recently had issues with our infotainment system with Bluetooth connection, loud static, maps magnifying and shrinking while using. The only answer we got was others having same issue, (red light)!, everything is up to date in vehicle, and it’s probably your phone not being updated. Phone is new and no updates required. Has happened more than once, the fix, remove Bluetooth connection, and reset it, pretty tedious if you’re doing it more often than not. To remove the static, repeat above, turn your car off, open door like you’re exiting, get back in the car and repeat the process of hooking up your phone again. Frustrating yes. Seems Ford engineers need to take a deep dive into this one and get a real update first this issue. To say it’s just my phone is not a solution. Otherwise love Red River Ford. Thanks all.

Fourth, they completed the paperwork without us having to sit in the penalty box at the dealership or even visit the dealership. And fifth, they delivered the car for no additional charge. 5 stars! I’ve done business with Red River Ford in Cabot twice: once buying a new vehicle and once with the service department. New Sales (Feb 2026) I contacted the dealership through their website and Charlie reached out the next morning. Within about a dozen texts we had the price, trade value, and financing worked out. Charlie was extremely efficient and transparent. When I arrived at the dealership, everything matched what we had already discussed. I spent maybe two minutes signing paperwork with Charlie and waited about 15 minutes before heading to finance. Finance I worked with Chase, who quickly reviewed the paperwork and beat all three of my credit union rates by more than a full percentage point. He also offered the Ford ESP extended service plan, which is the manufacturer-backed plan. I had already researched pricing and planned to buy one later, but Chase beat the price I had in mind, so purchasing it that day was an easy decision. Overall buying experience: easily the smoothest and most efficient car purchase I’ve ever had. Service Department (Early 2024) My experience with service was much different. I lost a key and went in to replace it using my Ford PremiumCARE plan, which includes key replacement. Several employees initially told me that coverage didn’t exist and said I would have to pay out of pocket. After about 30 minutes someone finally confirmed through my VIN that I did have the coverage. I then waited while they supposedly tried to get approval, and later was told Ford had denied the claim because I didn’t have the lost key with me. I called Ford ESP customer service myself and they said no claim had ever been submitted. The representative called Red River directly and resolved the issue. Shortly afterward the service advisor called me to say the claim had been approved. The whole process took about four hours for what should have been a simple key replacement under a Ford-backed service plan. Summary: Sales at Red River Ford was excellent; Charlie and Chase made the buying process incredibly smooth. The service department, however, needs better familiarity with Ford’s own warranty products.

I would recommend this dealership as one of the top in the state of Arkansas. I got what l wanted and so much more. Charlie was my salesman. So efficient and helpful. I literally handled everything on line and my car was sitting in my yard the next day. They deliver at no cost. The vehicle was priced $6500.00 lower than Orr Toyota in Hot Springs. And they did not try to add cost to the vehicle. The other dealership started at one price and by the time it got to the paperwork. They added what they called dealership add ons. Then they informed me they did not have the vehicle in stock and it would be a month out after being there 3 hours. Then informed me l could buy the highest priced one they had on lot. I was not happy with ORR TOYOTA so l walked out. SO VERY GLAD I DID. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT RED RIVER FORD. And the vehicle they sold me for that lower price was indeed the higher priced one Orr tried to put me in. SO VERY VERY HAPPY. THANK YOU CHARLIE its everything l wanted and so much more.

The salesperson was very friendly and courteous the only problem is is they didn't detail the car before I got it but they came and picked it up or they they delivered it and they are fixing some problems and probably going to detail it and bring it back so that was nice

We give them a 5 star because they are courteous, kind, and customer service is awesome! They pick up your car and deliver for maintenance. Superb quality, they come to you for updates that don’t need a garage, in the spot maintenance. However, we recently had issues with our infotainment system with Bluetooth connection, loud static, maps magnifying and shrinking while using. The only answer we got was others having same issue, (red light)!, everything is up to date in vehicle, and it’s probably your phone not being updated. Phone is new and no updates required. Has happened more than once, the fix, remove Bluetooth connection, and reset it, pretty tedious if you’re doing it more often than not. To remove the static, repeat above, turn your car off, open door like you’re exiting, get back in the car and repeat the process of hooking up your phone again. Frustrating yes. Seems Ford engineers need to take a deep dive into this one and get a real update first this issue. To say it’s just my phone is not a solution. Otherwise love Red River Ford. Thanks all.

I’ve done business with Red River Ford in Cabot twice: once buying a new vehicle and once with the service department. New Sales (Feb 2026) I contacted the dealership through their website and Charlie reached out the next morning. Within about a dozen texts we had the price, trade value, and financing worked out. Charlie was extremely efficient and transparent. When I arrived at the dealership, everything matched what we had already discussed. I spent maybe two minutes signing paperwork with Charlie and waited about 15 minutes before heading to finance. Finance I worked with Chase, who quickly reviewed the paperwork and beat all three of my credit union rates by more than a full percentage point. He also offered the Ford ESP extended service plan, which is the manufacturer-backed plan. I had already researched pricing and planned to buy one later, but Chase beat the price I had in mind, so purchasing it that day was an easy decision. Overall buying experience: easily the smoothest and most efficient car purchase I’ve ever had. Service Department (Early 2024) My experience with service was much different. I lost a key and went in to replace it using my Ford PremiumCARE plan, which includes key replacement. Several employees initially told me that coverage didn’t exist and said I would have to pay out of pocket. After about 30 minutes someone finally confirmed through my VIN that I did have the coverage. I then waited while they supposedly tried to get approval, and later was told Ford had denied the claim because I didn’t have the lost key with me. I called Ford ESP customer service myself and they said no claim had ever been submitted. The representative called Red River directly and resolved the issue. Shortly afterward the service advisor called me to say the claim had been approved. The whole process took about four hours for what should have been a simple key replacement under a Ford-backed service plan. Summary: Sales at Red River Ford was excellent; Charlie and Chase made the buying process incredibly smooth. The service department, however, needs better familiarity with Ford’s own warranty products.
