I did my research before choosing Red River Ford in Cabor, AR to purchase a used vehicle. I read reviews and asked people I knew about their experience with the company. All gave stellar reviews. My salesman, Scotty, listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me at all. This is completely opposite of what I experienced at other dealerships through the years. Scotty was respectful, attentive, and made everything I wanted happen. It was a pleasure to conduct business with him. After we made the deal, I sat down with Chase, the finance manager, and again there was no pressure. The deal was done and I was on my way. Thank you both for making this a positive experience. When it is time to replace my next vehicle, Scotty I will come back to look for you. Thank you.

This makes the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Red River Ford and the reason I came back the 2nd time is because the sales people have always been nice and worked with me on a deal. Now this year we’ve had our Mustang in the service department twice. My husband hasn’t been really impressed. The 1st time, they couldn’t get Ford parts. The 2nd time we got Ford parts. Now to my experience with my Expedition. I called to make an appointment to the diagnostics checked out because alerts kept popping up. One was telling me that I needed to keep my hands on the steering wheel and this pops up when both of my hands are on the steering wheel. The service advisor told me that I didn’t have my hands in the right place on the steering wheel. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHERE I HAVE MY HANDS, IT SHOULD NOT POP UP! I had to make a call to the Ford company and I had to tell the person what the service advisor told me about what I was doing wrong by not having my hands in a certain location on the steering wheel. They started laughing! I said I know! The steering wheel doesn’t have any stickers on the steering wheel where you’re supposed to put your hands. That was a cop out from the service advisor. I felt like he was just trying to get one over on me because I am a woman and I’m not supposed to understand that stuff. Better think again! I didn’t appreciate it at all! I think I can find another Ford dealer that can treat me better than I have been. As long as my vehicle is under warranty, I can go to any dealership to get my vehicle serviced and it is covered under warranty until it’s all paid off.

Woo Pow….. Scott Crosthwait is a good person not just a great salesman. Just purchased my 2nd new Ford from Scott @ Red River Ford. They were fair and were thousands better on trade than anyone else. Sales manager Brad Thomas was extremely easy to work with and made a point to make sure I was happy with my F-150 purchased. They worked to get me what I feel to be best possible deal. Finance manager Chase Campbell did not give me and pressure to purchase any extras. He treated me with respect just like the first time when I went through finance dept. Personal opinion if you are financing a new or used car and don’t get gap insurance you better get it through you Auto insurance company. Red River Ford , Scott , Brad, and Chase are all very easy to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased my Mustang in October of 2024. I was impressed with Red River Auto of Cabot, but even more impressed with my car salesman, Nick. Hands down the best cr buying experience I have had in my 54 years. Bryson was awesome. You could not ask for a better team to work with you on the purchase of a new vehicle. I had preapproval through my credit union and Bryson said they could beat it. He was correct. All told I was only there for an hour including the test drive. GREAT experience!

Went in to have the guys figure out what the "noise" was that was coming from the truck, they put it up on the lift and was going over eviinch to make sure they knew what it was before trying to offer an answer. These guys are thorough. You won't be let down, and their not just trying to sell you something!

She even offered to have my vehicle picked up, serviced, and delivered back to me, which was incredibly convenient. The drivers arrived on time, and I received a call from the technician with an update during the process. In just about an hour, my truck was back with the oil changed and tires rotated. My experience with Red River has been purely with parts and service, and I can say I've been happy to have them nearby. Jason in service is a great asset, always straightforward and takes the time to go above and beyond when it comes to scheduling, timeliness, and communication. My son Devin and I had a great experience with RRF Cabot. We reached out via an online test drive request. Hayden responded and handled all questions and requests very professionally, and more important without pressure. Tristan closed out the financing paperwork and explained our options clearly and without pressure. This process took 1 day. I will definitely work with RRF Cabot for future purchases.

Jacob was extremely helpful, friendly and personable throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had in detail. Jacob did not try to sell me a car. He was not pushy at all! I’ve purchased several cars in my life and the waiting is always the worst. However, this was the quickest process from start to finish. Paperwork signed to driving off the lot took less than 2 hours. Definitely a positive experience.

Had service done on my 2019 Ford Flex, They were very promoted and accommodating. I dropped off my car and did not have to wait they had a courtesy ride for me and the guy who drove me home was so nice we had a nice talk. They even offered to pick me up when my car was ready if needed. We use Red River all the time and they’ve always been kind and friendly. Highly recommend them!!

This is a top notch dealership. Please go see Scotty. He is a very kind and professional man. Even after he learned I bought a car some where else he congratulated me, and urged me to give him a call if he could further assist me in any way. That phone call inspired me to write this review and just remember business is business and their can still be good people found all around. I did not end up purchasing a car at Red River, but a very professional staff to assist you along the way can be found. They are straight to the point with no hidden fees.

They do there best to get me in, sometimes I get a loaner car‍♀️ sometimes not. But they do what I asked them to do and a little. A bit more expensive than other dealerships for oil and filters I’ve noticed, but good Christian people.

I really really appreciated Jeremy Able. He was my contact at Red River Ford in Cabot. My mother paid for my bill and he was very patient with her. I am thankful for the time and energy he put in for the quote and the service was exemplary. The waiting area was clean and had plenty of reading material. My phone was low on charge. The service was performed quickly (reprogramming a key fob for my vehicle). Thanks so much. I will be returning.

I bought my Explorer here last week and had the best experience! I went in on my lunch break and was out in an hour and 1/2 - that included the test drive! Charlie helped me find the one I wanted and he made the process so smooth. Jason (finance) got me an even better interest rate than was first presented to me and was great at explaining everything and didn’t pressure either way, he just presented the facts. The pricing was very upfront and transparent - no bogus hidden fees. I’d recommend anyone buy from them!

On march 27 i bought a used jeep compass less that 6000 miles later all the tie rods and the steering likage needs to be replaced. Total out of pocket after inspection and repair is just under 1500. It pains me that they did not notice all the play and stuff during pre sale inspections. Just does not seem like they did a good inspection. However after talking with management they took 1/2 off for the issue and the vehicle was repaired they were polite and professional. I will be back.

I emailed Benji about a vehicle I was interested in and received a email back immediately. Monday afternoon I had an offer for my current vehicle and a contract in place for my 2026 Ford Explorer. On 7/14/2026, I used Red River Ford’s Mobile Service to have a technician come to my home and replace the front brakes on my 2022 F-250. This option was extremely convenient, as the next available appointment at the dealership was more than a week away. With an upcoming out-of-town trip this weekend and plans to tow a trailer, I knew my brakes needed attention before hitting the road. I would like to personally recognize the service technician, Will, for his time, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He arrived as scheduled, completed the repair efficiently, and took the time to answer my questions while ensuring everything was done right. The convenience of the Mobile Service program, combined with the outstanding service Will provided, made this a great experience. If I need any future maintenance that the Ford Mobile Service Team can perform, I will absolutely use them again and will request Will by name. Highly recommended!

I am very please with Red River Ford, they have been good to me ever time I was there. The only thing is when I got a call back on my vehicle they took care of it, after that in the next 2 days my battery would not let my vehicle start, I call Rev River Ford Service department and they told me my battery was old and did not have enought power to help it start. I boost my vehicle off and went to my personal mechanic and he check it out and my battery show that it was good. The needle on the Device show that the needle was all the way over to the far right. I did not take any more action concering this problem. But I do like Red River Ford and I would and will recommend Red Rever Ford to anyone. Thank you Red River Ford for being so helpful to me

Great experience! I was looking for a good deal on a used Yukon Denali. Anthony responded to my request for info on one they had within 5 minutes. I live 2 hrs away and didn't have time to go look at it. Anthony took several videos of the inside and outside to make sure I was comfortable buying site-unseen. He even arranged to have the windows tinted before delivery and then delivered it to my house- all within 2 days! Anthony and Tristan were fantastic to deal with. I couldn't have had a better experience - I'll definitely go to Red River first on my next vehicle purchase!

EXCELLENT! Red River Ford has professional and friendly staff. I primarily use the service and parts department for the services I need to maintain my Ford Explorer and my wife's Lincoln MKC. Recently, we both had recall fixes done. My scheduled appointment was on a Wednesday at 9 am. I called to see if I could drop it off the day before as my wife had a medical appointment at 9 am Wednesday. They said that was fine. After I left dropping it off, the technician called said if I needed the vehicle before the appointment. I told him no as I have my wife's car. That was really nice of Red River Ford to see if my vehicle was critical to get to the appointment. When they did the recall fix of my wife's vehicle, they had thier mobile technician come to our house and fix it. That was awesome. I have been using Red River Ford since we moved to Arkansas for 4 1/2 years. Keep up the great customer service and I highly recommend Red River Ford.
