Red River Ford has professional and friendly staff. I primarily use the service and parts department for the services I need to maintain my Ford Explorer and my wife's Lincoln MKC. Recently, we both had recall fixes done. My scheduled appointment was on a Wednesday at 9 am. I called to see if I could drop it off the day before as my wife had a medical appointment at 9 am Wednesday. They said that was fine. After I left dropping it off, the technician called said if I needed the vehicle before the appointment. I told him no as I have my wife's car. That was really nice of Red River Ford to see if my vehicle was critical to get to the appointment. When they did the recall fix of my wife's vehicle, they had thier mobile technician come to our house and fix it. That was awesome. I have been using Red River Ford since we moved to Arkansas for 4 1/2 years. Keep up the great customer service and I highly recommend Red River Ford.

I have lost count of how many vehicles we’ve bought from Red River over the years but John & Crew haven’t changed a bit. They are always so easy to deal with. They don’t play games and they are honest with you every step of the way. I always appreciate their willingness to help even if I have questions long after the purchase. Jon Hutto with Red River Ford always comes through. I simply call and tell him what truck and cargo management system I’m looking for and he finds it for me at a cost well below those found in the Atlanta area. And the cost of transport is surprisingly low. He even found my latest Certified Pre-Owned personal truck, a forest green Black Lightning Edition Bronco. Jason Armstrong handles all the finance headaches making Red River Ford the only dealership my company uses! Fantastic service! Kudos to you both!

On Saturday I went into Cabot Red River Ford to look at truck. Was not sure exactly if I wanted a F250 or F350. I went to the counter and ended up talking Scott (Scotty). Scotty was the type of sales person that wanted to listen to you and only provide you want you wanted. This was an awesome experience. I can’t thank Scotty enough for the information he provided and assistance he gave in purchasing my new 2026 F250 Platinum. Scotty is a true professional.

I worked with Jon Hutto on the purchase of a new work vehicle, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. After I explained exactly what I needed for my business, Jon went to work and found me an E-350 with a KUV utility body that fit the bill perfectly. Jon was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. Tristen in finance was also great to work with and made everything straightforward and hassle-free. Jon even delivered the van to my house so I’d have time to get my rental back without another day fee. I appreciate the effort both of them put into making sure I got the right vehicle for my needs. I would definitely recommend Jon Hutto with Red River to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

As someone who was in the car business for almost two years I can say confidently when it comes time to buy my next vehicle, I will be returning to Red River Ford. The professionalism and prompt to attitude everyone had is excellent. From the salesman to the sales team everyone was extremely professional and very helpful. Personally my salesman Anthony did a wonderful job overall letting me take my time to look over the vehicle and did an amazing job helping me find the best deal for me. Therefore the car buying process was quick and easy and for these reason like I said I will definitely make Red River Ford my first stop when I’m looking for a new vehicle. Red River Ford provided an amazing car buying experience that was easy and stress free from beginning to end. Scotty was such a genuinely nice guy that I never once felt like it was about the sale for him, but rather about what I needed. Most paperwork was completed online and car was delivered to me. When I realized I had left one thing in the trade-in car, he had it delivered the very next day. This is why I continue to return to Red River for all my car buying needs. I bought many of trucks from Crain ford in Jacksonville and never could get any warranty work done without a fight. Red river service is on the spot they come to my house and change oil and they check there self’s for recalls and do them while they are at my house .

I went in for my 30000 mile oil change and Haden was very nice when I checked in. I was shown my dirty cabin filter and engine filter and asked if I wanted them replaced?Haden came to the waiting area to let me know my truck was done. The whole process only took about 1 hour.I appreciate the respect for my time at Red River Ford service department!

I had a wonderful experience at Red River Ford working with Tristan, Bryson, and John. They were incredibly patient and helpful while I explored several different vehicle options and test drove multiple models. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into making a decision. What really stood out to me was that they truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They even allowed me to take the Explorer home on a demo so I could make sure it was the right fit for me. This is the first time I’ve dealt with Red River Ford. I have to say the over all experience was amazing. Called to get a critical update and the scheduler didn’t have a date/time slot that worked for my schedule. He immediately mentioned their mobile team, and said he would have them reach out to me to schedule a time that worked for me. I recieved a call within 30 minutes and the process was easy. The mobile team is an amazing add to Red River Ford. What was going to be several days before I could get my vehicle in for an update was alleviated by the implementation of this team. They were out to my house with-in the next business day and the total process was accomplished within minutes of their arrival. He was on time and very professional. Thanks again! I plan to do more business with Red River Ford in the near future.

They do there best to get me in, sometimes I get a loaner car‍♀️ sometimes not. But they do what I asked them to do and a little. A bit more expensive than other dealerships for oil and filters I’ve noticed, but good Christian people.

When I pick a dealership for buying a new car or truck and I am treated right like at red river from then on I will stay with that dealership. I have done this my whole life but as we all know things change and other dealers have changed hands and left me hanging and because of life things happen. I came to be no truck for towing or doing things around my property and red river stepped up to the plate and I did everything over the phone and they had my truck to me 30 minutes before they said they would and I live one hour and half away from the ford dealership service has been great so I will stick with them for every thing I buy now

The service department is awesome! I was having transmission trouble and no one wanted to deal with my extended warranty(Silver Rock), but they did! They worked with my warranty and replaced my transmission and all I had to pay was my small deductible. It saved me thousands of dollars, and now my car is as good as new!

My recent experience getting my new Bronco was by far above and beyond anything I’ve dealt with in the past. Preston and Tristin listened to my needs and talked through the actual risks and benefits of not just the present but future as well of my purchase. Preston knew I loved my older mustang and didn’t want to part with her and ensured he did whatever he could to ensure I didn’t have to!
