EXCELLENT! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, not just our salesman Scott Crosthwait, but all the salesman and sales team were extremely polite, more of a family atmosphere than a business. I'm not the easiest person to satisfy with car deals, but they done such an amazing job, we bought a second vehicle! Would definitely recommend this team to anyone in search of a new vehicle! On a side note, I spent a week checking prices, Red River had the lowest prices and interest rates of all Northeastern Arkansas and Southeast Missouri. Thanks again Red River team for making our trip to see ya, extremely enjoyable!

A great team of guys here! Scott was great to work with. He was unable to be present when I called in late that day so he had Jacob fill in to help. He and his brother put a great deal together for me, all three of these guys and everyone else at this business that I ran into were great people, I was very satisfied with the whole process and I would dare to say this was the best experience for me at a dealership that I’ve had yet. Just recently, we had an issue with an extended warranty being accepted in our neck of the woods, and Jeremy and Mitch were able to get us taken care of and my 16 year old was so excited that she was able to drive to school on her first day!!! From start to finish he addressed every one of my concerns so I felt heard and very well informed about my trade & the purchase. We bought our 2nd vehicle in just over a year from Red River Ford. We found both of them on their website. And both were used. Scotty made buying them easy and problem free! Unlike at other dealerships where you go back and forth with different offers. Red River's first offer absolutely smoked the others! Also if you call Scotty and he doesn't answer (which is very rare) he will call you back immediately! A large selection of new and used vehicles, honesty and integrity sets them apart from other dealerships!

I bought many of trucks from Crain ford in Jacksonville and never could get any warranty work done without a fight. Red river service is on the spot they come to my house and change oil and they check there self’s for recalls and do them while they are at my house .

My vehicle was supposed to take about a week to get fixed due to the fact that there were a lot of workers out sick. But I was surprised that the next day my vehicle was done. I bought my Explorer here last week and had the best experience! I went in on my lunch break and was out in an hour and 1/2 - that included the test drive! Charlie helped me find the one I wanted and he made the process so smooth. Jason (finance) got me an even better interest rate than was first presented to me and was great at explaining everything and didn’t pressure either way, he just presented the facts. The pricing was very upfront and transparent - no bogus hidden fees. I’d recommend anyone buy from them!

On march 27 i bought a used jeep compass less that 6000 miles later all the tie rods and the steering likage needs to be replaced. Total out of pocket after inspection and repair is just under 1500. It pains me that they did not notice all the play and stuff during pre sale inspections. Just does not seem like they did a good inspection. However after talking with management they took 1/2 off for the issue and the vehicle was repaired they were polite and professional. I will be back.

I am very impressed with the courtesy of this dealership. I was car shopping on a Sunday initially looking locally in Paragould without any luck. I emailed Benji about a vehicle I was interested in and received a email back immediately. Monday afternoon I had an offer for my current vehicle and a contract in place for my 2026 Ford Explorer. Our battery failed. We called around for replacement costs. Red River Ford was by far the best price and was conveniently located. They only took about 25 minutes from our arrival until we were done.
