I can’t say enough good things about Red River Ford of Cabot. As the owner of a mobile auto repair business, I’m in their parts department constantly, and it’s always a smooth, pleasant experience. The parts team is knowledgeable, fast, and actually cares about getting you what you need the first time. The two ladies are amazing! On the sales side, they recently put me into a brand new 2024 Transit and made the whole process painless. Nick Kehrees was great on that. The owners are top notch people. I’ve known Mitch for years and he’s the real deal. Great character, runs a great operation, and it shows throughout the entire dealership. State of the art facility, great staff across the board, and just genuinely good people. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely great experience with Red River Ford in Cabot from start to finish. Jacob Weeks was our sales consultant, Chase took care of us in the finance office, and the sales manager (“boss man,” whose name I regretfully can’t remember) were all fantastic to work with. We went in already knowing exactly what we wanted, and the team respected that completely. Jacob let us freely test drive a $75,000 truck on a Saturday without any pressure at all. Even after we told him upfront that we would not be buying that day, he never pushed—he simply provided an out-the-door price and let us take the weekend to think it over. We came back on Monday and bought the truck, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. We were in and out quickly, and everything was clearly explained. No games. No pressure. What really sets this dealership apart is the follow-up. Since the purchase, Jacob has checked in multiple times to see how we’re doing with the truck, and even Chase from finance reached out as well. That level of care and professionalism says a lot. Great people, great experience, and a great dealership. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Red River Ford in Cabot to anyone looking for an honest, easy, and respectful buying experience.

Worked out the deal to purchase my new truck through email and text messages. Great experience and great transparency. Alan Heidelberg and Triston were a pleasure to work with. I’m happy with the experience and the results. The truck was ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. Only had to sign a few documents. Was in and out in 20 minutes, including my brief inspection of the truck.

Red River Ford will be our ford dealership moving forward. We were stuck with a Ford Ecosport with a recall that couldn’t be performed for 8 months (part is not even made and car was not driveable). I wanted to update my review. Still 5-Stars. Scottie and Jason have made my experience with Red River amazing. Honestly, I don't even shop around anymore. The experience that they provide is the best I have ever had. My truck was recently totaled unfortunately. They immediately found me a replacement and have been great with getting the documents to my insurance company. Between myself, my family and my company I have purchased 10 vehicles from Red River and I could not be more happy with the service I have been provided.

Got 3 full pages of work done within 2 days. Brought f150 in for 100k mile maintenance including all fluids change(coolant, brake fluid etc.), 4wd service, front and rear diff service, new tranny filter/ pan drop+ new fluid, new rear brakes and rotors, new serpentine belt an a rear pinion seal leak fix. Got it done efficiently and did great work, truck runs like new. Had a good experience working with Hayden.

Found vehicle of choice online and made contact with sales associate Jon Hutto ( EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, & helpful from first contact to very end of buying process). Not only was Jon great…. Probably the easiest and smoothest purchase I've made of a new vehicle. Will Kennedy made the process easy for me, helped me pick out the truck I wanted over the phone while I was at work by sending pictures and video walk-arounds of a few different trucks as well as value my trade in. He helped me get the truck customized how I wanted with leather, tint, and bed liner. We showed up at 6 to do paperwork and left by 7 with our new truck. The finance manager was awesome as well. 10/10 would recommend Red River Ford and Will.

I bought many of trucks from Crain ford in Jacksonville and never could get any warranty work done without a fight. Red river service is on the spot they come to my house and change oil and they check there self’s for recalls and do them while they are at my house .

I went in for my 30000 mile oil change and Haden was very nice when I checked in. I was shown my dirty cabin filter and engine filter and asked if I wanted them replaced?Haden came to the waiting area to let me know my truck was done. The whole process only took about 1 hour.I appreciate the respect for my time at Red River Ford service department!

I had a wonderful experience at Red River Ford working with Tristan, Bryson, and John. They were incredibly patient and helpful while I explored several different vehicle options and test drove multiple models. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into making a decision. What really stood out to me was that they truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They even allowed me to take the Explorer home on a demo so I could make sure it was the right fit for me. This is the first time I’ve dealt with Red River Ford. I have to say the over all experience was amazing. Called to get a critical update and the scheduler didn’t have a date/time slot that worked for my schedule. He immediately mentioned their mobile team, and said he would have them reach out to me to schedule a time that worked for me. I recieved a call within 30 minutes and the process was easy. The mobile team is an amazing add to Red River Ford. What was going to be several days before I could get my vehicle in for an update was alleviated by the implementation of this team. They were out to my house with-in the next business day and the total process was accomplished within minutes of their arrival. He was on time and very professional. Thanks again! Really great staff always friendly and helpful! Incredibly timely it’s great to not have to sit around all day and wait for an oil change! The only downfall this visit was, I had a broken cupholder (The bottom had fallen out ) and was given a $700 estimate to have it fixed, Which seemed ridiculous!!! I was told unfortunately, it was very labor-intensive. So after 3 YouTube videos and 20 minutes later! I was able to reengage the rubber peace (after researching I realized it was an incredibly common problem). With all that said, I’m a red river fan and would recommend them a million times!!!!

I wanted to share how great my experience with this dealership was and how grateful I am for the service department. We were coming back from vacation for spring break with my girls. My F-450 started overheating Friday night at 5:00 and I was 15 miles away from this dealership. My gf had called to see if there was any chance someone could look at my truck because we were pulling a 45’ fifth wheel. The receptionist found us a campground 1 mile from the dealership for us to park for the night and they looked at my truck first thing Saturday morning. I was back on the road by 12:00 to finish our trip home. If this dealership wasn’t 800 miles away, they would have earned my next truck purchase. The hospitality of the staff was excellent.
