I bought my Explorer here last week and had the best experience! I went in on my lunch break and was out in an hour and 1/2 - that included the test drive! Charlie helped me find the one I wanted and he made the process so smooth. Jason (finance) got me an even better interest rate than was first presented to me and was great at explaining everything and didn’t pressure either way, he just presented the facts. The pricing was very upfront and transparent - no bogus hidden fees. I’d recommend anyone buy from them!

On march 27 i bought a used jeep compass less that 6000 miles later all the tie rods and the steering likage needs to be replaced. Total out of pocket after inspection and repair is just under 1500. It pains me that they did not notice all the play and stuff during pre sale inspections. Just does not seem like they did a good inspection. However after talking with management they took 1/2 off for the issue and the vehicle was repaired they were polite and professional. I will be back.

Logan was very friendly and direct. Took a test drive while in Cabot for a tournament, and was able to complete everything remotely. The even delivered the car to my house. Friendly folks, great service!

I am very impressed with the courtesy of this dealership. I was car shopping on a Sunday initially looking locally in Paragould without any luck. I emailed Benji about a vehicle I was interested in and received a email back immediately. Monday afternoon I had an offer for my current vehicle and a contract in place for my 2026 Ford Explorer. They delivered the vehicle to my home that afternoon. Everyone from start to finish has been exceptional. I love my new vehicle and would recommend them to anyone, regardless of where you call home! Our battery failed. We called around for replacement costs. Red River Ford was by far the best price and was conveniently located. They only took about 25 minutes from our arrival until we were done. On 7/14/2026, I used Red River Ford’s Mobile Service to have a technician come to my home and replace the front brakes on my 2022 F-250. This option was extremely convenient, as the next available appointment at the dealership was more than a week away. With an upcoming out-of-town trip this weekend and plans to tow a trailer, I knew my brakes needed attention before hitting the road. I would like to personally recognize the service technician, Will, for his time, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He arrived as scheduled, completed the repair efficiently, and took the time to answer my questions while ensuring everything was done right. The convenience of the Mobile Service program, combined with the outstanding service Will provided, made this a great experience. If I need any future maintenance that the Ford Mobile Service Team can perform, I will absolutely use them again and will request Will by name. Highly recommended!

I am very please with Red River Ford, they have been good to me ever time I was there. The only thing is when I got a call back on my vehicle they took care of it, after that in the next 2 days my battery would not let my vehicle start, I call Rev River Ford Service department and they told me my battery was old and did not have enought power to help it start. I boost my vehicle off and went to my personal mechanic and he check it out and my battery show that it was good. The needle on the Device show that the needle was all the way over to the far right. I did not take any more action concering this problem. But I do like Red River Ford and I would and will recommend Red Rever Ford to anyone. Thank you Red River Ford for being so helpful to me

Great experience! I was looking for a good deal on a used Yukon Denali. Anthony responded to my request for info on one they had within 5 minutes. I live 2 hrs away and didn't have time to go look at it. Anthony took several videos of the inside and outside to make sure I was comfortable buying site-unseen. He even arranged to have the windows tinted before delivery and then delivered it to my house- all within 2 days! Anthony and Tristan were fantastic to deal with. I couldn't have had a better experience - I'll definitely go to Red River first on my next vehicle purchase!

EXCELLENT! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, not just our salesman Scott Crosthwait, but all the salesman and sales team were extremely polite, more of a family atmosphere than a business. I'm not the easiest person to satisfy with car deals, but they done such an amazing job, we bought a forth vehicle! Would definitely recommend this team to anyone in search of a new vehicle! Red River Ford has professional and friendly staff. I primarily use the service and parts department for the services I need to maintain my Ford Explorer and my wife's Lincoln MKC. Recently, we both had recall fixes done. My scheduled appointment was on a Wednesday at 9 am. I called to see if I could drop it off the day before as my wife had a medical appointment at 9 am Wednesday. They said that was fine. After I left dropping it off, the technician called said if I needed the vehicle before the appointment. I told him no as I have my wife's car. That was really nice of Red River Ford to see if my vehicle was critical to get to the appointment. When they did the recall fix of my wife's vehicle, they had thier mobile technician come to our house and fix it. That was awesome. I have been using Red River Ford since we moved to Arkansas for 4 1/2 years. Keep up the great customer service and I highly recommend Red River Ford.

Jon Hutto with Red River Ford always comes through. I simply call and tell him what truck and cargo management system I’m looking for and he finds it for me at a cost well below those found in the Atlanta area. And the cost of transport is surprisingly low. He even found my latest Certified Pre-Owned personal truck, a forest green Black Lightning Edition Bronco. On Saturday I went into Cabot Red River Ford to look at truck. Was not sure exactly if I wanted a F250 or F350. I went to the counter and ended up talking Scott (Scotty). I wanted to share how great my experience with this dealership was and how grateful I am for the service department. We were coming back from vacation for spring break with my girls. My F-450 started overheating Friday night at 5:00 and I was 15 miles away from this dealership. My gf had called to see if there was any chance someone could look at my truck because we were pulling a 45’ fifth wheel. The receptionist found us a campground 1 mile from the dealership for us to park for the night and they looked at my truck first thing Saturday morning. I was back on the road by 12:00 to finish our trip home. If this dealership wasn’t 800 miles away, they would have earned my next truck purchase. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. I would recommend this dealership as one of the top in the state of Arkansas. I got what l wanted and so much more. Charlie was my salesman. So efficient and helpful. We literally handled everything on line and my car was sitting in my yard the next day. They deliver at no cost. The vehicle was priced $6500.00 lower than Orr Toyota in Hot Springs. And they did not try to add cost to the vehicle. Orr dealership started at one price and by the time they get to the paperwork they add what they called dealership add-on and cost to deliver. After being there 3 hours they informed me they did not have the vehicle in stock and it would be a month out, then informed me l could buy the highest priced one they had on lot. So l walked out. SO VERY GLAD I DID. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT RED RIVER FORD. And the vehicle they sold me for that lower price was indeed the higher priced one Orr tried to put me in at a much lower price..... I was not happy with ORR TOYOTA so l walked out. SO VERY GLAD I DID. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT RED RIVER FORD. And the vehicle they sold me for that lower price was indeed the higher priced one Orr tried to put me in. SO VERY VERY HAPPY. THANK YOU CHARLIE its everything l wanted and so much more.

We give them a 5 star because they are courteous, kind, and customer service is awesome! They pick up your car and deliver for maintenance. Superb quality, they come to you for updates that don’t need a garage, in the spot maintenance. However, we recently had issues with our infotainment system with Bluetooth connection, loud static, maps magnifying and shrinking while using. The only answer we got was others having same issue, (red light)!, everything is up to date in vehicle, and it’s probably your phone not being updated. Phone is new and no updates required. Has happened more than once, the fix, remove Bluetooth connection, and reset it, pretty tedious if you’re doing it more often than not. To remove the static, repeat above, turn your car off, open door like you’re exiting, get back in the car and repeat the process of hooking up your phone again. Frustrating yes. Seems Ford engineers need to take a deep dive into this one and get a real update first this issue. To say it’s just my phone is not a solution. Otherwise love Red River Ford. Thanks all.

I’ve done business with Red River Ford in Cabot twice: once buying a new vehicle and once with the service department. New Sales (Feb 2026) I contacted the dealership through their website and Charlie reached out the next morning. Within about a dozen texts we had the price, trade value, and financing worked out. Charlie was extremely efficient and transparent. When I arrived at the dealership, everything matched what we had already discussed. I spent maybe two minutes signing paperwork with Charlie and waited about 15 minutes before heading to finance. Finance I worked with Chase, who quickly reviewed the paperwork and beat all three of my credit union rates by more than a full percentage point. He also offered the Ford ESP extended service plan, which is the manufacturer-backed plan. I had already researched pricing and planned to buy one later, but Chase beat the price I had in mind, so purchasing it that day was an easy decision. Overall buying experience: easily the smoothest and most efficient car purchase I’ve ever had. Service Department (Early 2024) My experience with service was much different. I lost a key and went in to replace it using my Ford PremiumCARE plan, which includes key replacement. Several employees initially told me that coverage didn’t exist and said I would have to pay out of pocket. After about 30 minutes someone finally confirmed through my VIN that I did have the coverage. I then waited while they supposedly tried to get approval, and later was told Ford had denied the claim because I didn’t have the lost key with me. I called Ford ESP customer service myself and they said no claim had ever been submitted. The representative called Red River directly and resolved the issue. Shortly afterward the service advisor called me to say the claim had been approved. The whole process took about four hours for what should have been a simple key replacement under a Ford-backed service plan. Summary: Sales at Red River Ford was excellent; Charlie and Chase made the buying process incredibly smooth. The service department, however, needs better familiarity with Ford’s own warranty products.

Chase and the team at Red River Ford were amazing to deal with. We stopped by to look at the Broncos and were not pressured in any kind of way. We were given a very fair deal on trade in and discounts on the Bronco. Very easy process. Loving the new ride!
