This is the best dealership in the state of Arkansas. I did all of my deal on the phone and signed in 5 minutes. Also the best selection of Fords in the MidSouth area. They were 15% less for my Platinum 2025 Explorer in a 500 mile radius. I will go back every time I need anything Ford.

They were very helpful when I walked in. I didn't have to wait they asked if they could help me, found my appointment and since I was waiting on it directed me to the waiting area. I got a text from Grant saying if I needed anything to let him know. It wasn't long they were calling my name, got me checked out and I was back on the road. They were all so nice and I will be taking my vehicle back for any maintenance it needs.

Scott Crosthwait what a salesman. I told Scott what I wanted and needed he knew exactly what to show me. I told him this is all can pay and he made it happen for me. Started my journey of looking for a bronco about a month month and a half ago and Ben worked tirelessly to find me one to match my needs for the vehicle and at the price point that would work for me this past week he found it and got everything I needed for the vehicle done in very quick succession I couldn’t be happier that it felt like home and that he was very driven to get me what I needed to get me into this vehicle 5⭐️s really isn’t enough to describe this experience by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

UPDATE. 2nd review 2 1/2 years later, I have 95,000 miles on my truck… The keypad on the driver side door popped out so I taped it up with painters tape to hold it. I called Red River and got an appointment. Haydon was my Service point of contact! As soon as I got my appointment, I got a text that said I had an appointment. I got another reminder the day before that I had an appointment. When I arrived, it took me five minutes to check in, and a nice young man named Grant was standing right there to drive me home. Three hours later, they actually drove my truck to drop it off at my house. Oh yeah, I have an extended warranty through Ford that paid for the repair. Red River Ford! is amazing. Great place to buy a truck and a great place to have it serviced. They are amazing. 1st Review I love Red River Ford! They did a fantastic job repairing an axil bolt recall! Nice people quality work! BTW I love my F-150! Woo!

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! I stopped by and ordered a new Bronco for my wife back in August. Once Ford finally shipped it to Red River, the deal was made over the phone with my salesman Will, all paperwork was sent docusign, Chase in finance was super easy to work with and didn't try to push a lot of stuff on me, and THEY DELIVERED ALL THE WAY TO PARON! I will be returning and sending all my friends to them. If you need one talk to Will Kennedy, super knowledgable and all all around great person.

I was able to get my truck in for an oil change on the same day I called. The work was completed timely and I even got a report of the condition of my vehicle along with suggestions of things to address on my next visit. There was no pressure to increase the scope of work and the price was reasonable.

I brought my truck here today for a repair and had no idea how serious the issue was. Both Haydens immediately jumped in to help and even offered me a ride to work after letting me know they could get it fixed the same day. Since I was going to be at work, they made sure I had a way to get my vehicle and even offered to deliver it. This was my first time doing business with them, and it definitely won’t be my last!

I had been looking for a Ford Maverick Hybrid. Austin kept me informed on the status of a pre-ordered vehicle. I am grateful to the person that placed the order and then decided to upgrade and to the dealership for giving me the opportunity to buy it. I really like this vehicle. It shows I'm getting 38 mpg! I'll do the math the next fill up to see for sure! I am very thankful! Recently, my Ford Maverick Hybrid did not start as I was leaving for work. Fortunately I had a battery booster and made it to work on time. I called Red River Ford and told them about the battery. They responded immediately. Picked up my truck from my place of work, installed a temporary battery until the ordered replacement could be installed. I appreciate their quick response!

I highly recommend Red River Ford in Cabot, AR. I started looking at vehicles in August, I spoke with Pete and he worked diligently to find my dream vehicle. The only problem was I didn’t really know exactly what I was looking for. Pete never got pushy or overbearing just consistently offered different vehicles, actually brought one from a different dealer for me to drive. Finally in September he showed me the exact vehicle I wanted. Now the proud owner of a 2025 Ford Maverick! Absolutely the easiest, stress free, no haggling back n forth car purchase I’ve ever made! Scotty was such a genuinely nice guy that I never once felt like it was about the sale for him, but rather about what I needed. Most paperwork was completed online and car was delivered to me. I went in for my 30000 mile oil change and Haden was very nice when I checked in. I was shown my dirty cabin filter and engine filter and asked if I wanted them replaced?Haden came to the waiting area to let me know my truck was done. The whole process only took about 1 hour.I appreciate the respect for my time at Red River Ford service department!

This is the first time I’ve dealt with Red River Ford. I have to say the over all experience was amazing. Called to get a critical update and the scheduler didn’t have a date/time slot that worked for my schedule. He immediately mentioned their mobile team, and said he would have them reach out to me to schedule a time that worked for me. I recieved a call within 30 minutes and the process was easy. The mobile team is an amazing add to Red River Ford. What was going to be several days before I could get my vehicle in for an update was alleviated by the implementation of this team. They were out to my house with-in the next business day and the total process was accomplished within minutes of their arrival. He was on time and very professional. Thanks again! Really great staff always friendly and helpful! Incredibly timely it’s great to not have to sit around all day and wait for an oil change! The only downfall this visit was, I had a broken cupholder (The bottom had fallen out ) and was given a $700 estimate to have it fixed, Which seemed ridiculous!!! I was told unfortunately, it was very labor-intensive. So after 3 YouTube videos and 20 minutes later! I was able to reengage the rubber peace (after researching I realized it was an incredibly common problem). With all that said, I’m a red river fan and would recommend them a million times!!!!

I wanted to share how great my experience with this dealership was and how grateful I am for the service department. We were coming back from vacation for spring break with my girls. My F-450 started overheating Friday night at 5:00 and I was 15 miles away from this dealership. My gf had called to see if there was any chance someone could look at my truck because we were pulling a 45’ fifth wheel. The receptionist found us a campground 1 mile from the dealership for us to park for the night and they looked at my truck first thing Saturday morning. I was back on the road by 12:00 to finish our trip home. If this dealership wasn’t 800 miles away, they would have earned my next truck purchase. The hospitality of the staff was excellent.
