Recently purchased a vehicle from Red River Cabot. Jacob was our salesperson. He was pleasant and very helpful. The process was simple and financing only took a few minutes. I highly recommend the Red River Cabot team for a great car buying experience.

Scotty Crosswait did an amazing job through this whole process. I’ve purchase 3 vehicles from him and it is always painless. I recommend everyone to give them a chance before you go anywhere else. Just bought my fifth or sixth vehicle from them. I highly recommend Red River Ford, and the staff there. A very well run facility, with customer satisfaction, a priority.

Truly enjoyed working with the Red River team! Everyone was amazing. Highly recommend Jacob Weeks as a salesman!! He wasn't pushy and was so nice and helpful. The sales manager Alan Heidelberg was also great and kept us in the loop through the process. Tristan Moss was amazing and walked us through all of our questions about warranty, gap, and refinancing options for later down the road. 10 out of 10 do recommend if yiu want a great car buying experience!!

By FAR the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I live out of state and the entire process literally took minutes to complete. Will K. answered the phone before the dealership was even open and sent me a super thorough video of the interior and exterior of the truck. Tristan w/ the finance dept. went above and beyond to find me the best rate and clearly explained all of the warranty options they offer. Will and Tristan are just a couple of honest, laid back dudes who are great at what they do. Red River for Life!

Working with Red River has always been great but our most recent experience was absolutely the easiest, smoothest, most stress free car buying experience we've ever had. Jacob, worked hard and got us exactly what we wanted on a new truck. He worked quickly and was transparent through the whole process. Tristan in the finance department was also awesome. This is the first time I’ve dealt with Red River Ford. I have to say the over all experience was amazing. Called to get a critical update and the scheduler didn’t have a date/time slot that worked for my schedule. He immediately mentioned their mobile team, and said he would have them reach out to me to schedule a time that worked for me. I recieved a call within 30 minutes and the process was easy. The mobile team is an amazing add to Red River Ford. What was going to be several days before I could get my vehicle in for an update was alleviated by the implementation of this team. They were out to my house with-in the next business day and the total process was accomplished within minutes of their arrival. He was on time and very professional. Thanks again! I plan to do more business with Red River Ford in the near future.

Where do I even start! I never thought buying a new vehicle could be so easy. The crew at Red River Ford has truly made the process so easy. Really great staff always friendly and helpful! Incredibly timely it’s great to not have to sit around all day and wait for an oil change! The only downfall this visit was, I had a broken cupholder (The bottom had fallen out ) and was given a $700 estimate to have it fixed, Which seemed ridiculous!!! I was told unfortunately, it was very labor-intensive. So after 3 YouTube videos and 20 minutes later! I was able to reengage the rubber peace (after researching I realized it was an incredibly common problem). With all that said, I’m a red river fan and would recommend them a million times!!!!

I wanted to share how great my experience with this dealership was and how grateful I am for the service department. We were coming back from vacation for spring break with my girls. My F-450 started overheating Friday night at 5:00 and I was 15 miles away from this dealership. My gf had called to see if there was any chance someone could look at my truck because we were pulling a 45’ fifth wheel. The receptionist found us a campground 1 mile from the dealership for us to park for the night and they looked at my truck first thing Saturday morning. I was back on the road by 12:00 to finish our trip home. If this dealership wasn’t 800 miles away, they would have earned my next truck purchase. The hospitality of the staff was excellent.
