I bought my Explorer here last week and had the best experience! I went in on my lunch break and was out in an hour and 1/2 - that included the test drive! Charlie helped me find the one I wanted and he made the process so smooth. Jason (finance) got me an even better interest rate than was first presented to me and was great at explaining everything and didn’t pressure either way, he just presented the facts. The pricing was very upfront and transparent - no bogus hidden fees. I’d recommend anyone buy from them!

On march 27 i bought a used jeep compass less that 6000 miles later all the tie rods and the steering likage needs to be replaced. Total out of pocket after inspection and repair is just under 1500. It pains me that they did not notice all the play and stuff during pre sale inspections. Just does not seem like they did a good inspection. However after talking with management they took 1/2 off for the issue and the vehicle was repaired they were polite and professional. I will be back.

Logan was very friendly and direct. Took a test drive while in Cabot for a tournament, and was able to complete everything remotely. The even delivered the car to my house. Friendly folks, great service!

I am very impressed with the courtesy of this dealership. I was car shopping on a Sunday initially looking locally in Paragould without any luck. I emailed Benji about a vehicle I was interested in and received a email back immediately. Monday afternoon I had an offer for my current vehicle and a contract in place for my 2026 Ford Explorer. They delivered the vehicle to my home that afternoon. Everyone from start to finish has been exceptional. I love my new vehicle and would recommend them to anyone, regardless of where you call home! Our battery failed. We called around for replacement costs. Red River Ford was by far the best price and was conveniently located. They only took about 25 minutes from our arrival until we were done. On 7/14/2026, I used Red River Ford’s Mobile Service to have a technician come to my home and replace the front brakes on my 2022 F-250. This option was extremely convenient, as the next available appointment at the dealership was more than a week away. With an upcoming out-of-town trip this weekend and plans to tow a trailer, I knew my brakes needed attention before hitting the road. I would like to personally recognize the service technician, Will, for his time, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He arrived as scheduled, completed the repair efficiently, and took the time to answer my questions while ensuring everything was done right. The convenience of the Mobile Service program, combined with the outstanding service Will provided, made this a great experience. If I need any future maintenance that the Ford Mobile Service Team can perform, I will absolutely use them again and will request Will by name. Highly recommended!

I am very please with Red River Ford, they have been good to me ever time I was there. The only thing is when I got a call back on my vehicle they took care of it, after that in the next 2 days my battery would not let my vehicle start, I call Rev River Ford Service department and they told me my battery was old and did not have enought power to help it start. I boost my vehicle off and went to my personal mechanic and he check it out and my battery show that it was good. The needle on the Device show that the needle was all the way over to the far right. I did not take any more action concering this problem. But I do like Red River Ford and I would and will recommend Red Rever Ford to anyone. Thank you Red River Ford for being so helpful to me

Great experience! I was looking for a good deal on a used Yukon Denali. Anthony responded to my request for info on one they had within 5 minutes. I live 2 hrs away and didn't have time to go look at it. Anthony took several videos of the inside and outside to make sure I was comfortable buying site-unseen. He even arranged to have the windows tinted before delivery and then delivered it to my house- all within 2 days! Anthony and Tristan were fantastic to deal with. I couldn't have had a better experience - I'll definitely go to Red River first on my next vehicle purchase!

EXCELLENT! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, not just our salesman Scott Crosthwait, but all the salesman and sales team were extremely polite, more of a family atmosphere than a business. I'm not the easiest person to satisfy with car deals, but they done such an amazing job, we bought a forth vehicle! Would definitely recommend this team to anyone in search of a new vehicle! We were in route for our camping truck when i discovered my truck truck didnt want to tow our camper and all our stuff as well as i wanted it to, Scott hooked us up with a beast f250! Red River Ford has professional and friendly staff. I primarily use the service and parts department for the services I need to maintain my Ford Explorer and my wife's Lincoln MKC. Recently, we both had recall fixes done. My scheduled appointment was on a Wednesday at 9 am. I called to see if I could drop it off the day before as my wife had a medical appointment at 9 am Wednesday. They said that was fine. After I left dropping it off, the technician called said if I needed the vehicle before the appointment. I told him no as I have my wife's car. That was really nice of Red River Ford to see if my vehicle was critical to get to the appointment. When they did the recall fix of my wife's vehicle, they had thier mobile technician come to our house and fix it. That was awesome. I have been using Red River Ford since we moved to Arkansas for 4 1/2 years. Keep up the great customer service and I highly recommend Red River Ford.

Jon Hutto with Red River Ford always comes through. I simply call and tell him what truck and cargo management system I’m looking for and he finds it for me at a cost well below those found in the Atlanta area. And the cost of transport is surprisingly low. He even found my latest Certified Pre-Owned personal truck, a forest green Black Lightning Edition Bronco. On Saturday I went into Cabot Red River Ford to look at truck. Was not sure exactly if I wanted a F250 or F350. I went to the counter and ended up talking Scott (Scotty). Probably the easiest and smoothest purchase I've made of a new vehicle. Will Kennedy made the process easy for me, helped me pick out the truck I wanted over the phone while I was at work by sending pictures and video walk-arounds of a few different trucks as well as value my trade in. He helped me get the truck customized how I wanted with leather, tint, and bed liner. We showed up at 6 to do paperwork and left by 7 with our new truck. The finance manager was awesome as well. 10/10 would recommend Red River Ford and Will.

They were very helpful when I walked in. I didn't have to wait they asked if they could help me, found my appointment and since I was waiting on it directed me to the waiting area. I got a text from Grant saying if I needed anything to let him know. It wasn't long they were calling my name, got me checked out and I was back on the road. They were all so nice and I will be taking my vehicle back for any maintenance it needs.

UPDATE. 2nd review 2 1/2 years later, I have 95,000 miles on my truck… The keypad on the driver side door popped out so I taped it up with painters tape to hold it. I called Red River and got an appointment. Haydon was my Service point of contact! As soon as I got my appointment, I got a text that said I had an appointment. I got another reminder the day before that I had an appointment. When I arrived, it took me five minutes to check in, and a nice young man named Grant was standing right there to drive me home. Three hours later, they actually drove my truck to drop it off at my house. Oh yeah, I have an extended warranty through Ford that paid for the repair. Red River Ford! is amazing. Great place to buy a truck and a great place to have it serviced. They are amazing. 1st Review I love Red River Ford! They did a fantastic job repairing an axil bolt recall! Nice people quality work! BTW I love my F-150! Woo!

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! I stopped by and ordered a new Bronco for my wife back in August. Once Ford finally shipped it to Red River, the deal was made over the phone with my salesman Will, all paperwork was sent docusign, Chase in finance was super easy to work with and didn't try to push a lot of stuff on me, and THEY DELIVERED ALL THE WAY TO PARON! I was able to get my truck in for an oil change on the same day I called. The work was completed timely and I even got a report of the condition of my vehicle along with suggestions of things to address on my next visit. There was no pressure to increase the scope of work and the price was reasonable.

I brought my truck here today for a repair and had no idea how serious the issue was. Both Haydens immediately jumped in to help and even offered me a ride to work after letting me know they could get it fixed the same day. I had been looking for a Ford Maverick Hybrid. Austin kept me informed on the status of a pre-ordered vehicle. I am grateful to the person that placed the order and then decided to upgrade and to the dealership for giving me the opportunity to buy it. I really like this vehicle. It shows I'm getting 38 mpg! I'll do the math the next fill up to see for sure! I am very thankful! Recently, my Ford Maverick Hybrid did not start as I was leaving for work. Fortunately I had a battery booster and made it to work on time. I called Red River Ford and told them about the battery. They responded immediately. Picked up my truck from my place of work, installed a temporary battery until the ordered replacement could be installed. I appreciate their quick response!
