Bought a used Pilot a couple months ago. I forgot to leave a review and they deserve it one of the few places that still treat you like a customer and not a transaction.

I highly recommend Red River Ford in Cabot, AR. I started looking at vehicles in August, I spoke with Pete and he worked diligently to find my dream vehicle. The only problem was I didn’t really know exactly what I was looking for. Pete never got pushy or overbearing just consistently offered different vehicles, actually brought one from a different dealer for me to drive. Finally in September he showed me the exact vehicle I wanted. Now the proud owner of a 2025 Ford Maverick! Absolutely the easiest, stress free, no haggling back n forth car purchase I’ve ever made! If you got to Red River Ford in Cabot look for Pete! Tell him I sent you! You won’t regret it!

Truly enjoyed working with the Red River team! Everyone was amazing. Highly recommend Jacob Weeks as a salesman!! He wasn't pushy and was so nice and helpful. The sales manager Alan Heidelberg was also great and kept us in the loop through the process. Tristan Moss was amazing and walked us through all of our questions about warranty, gap, and refinancing options for later down the road. 10 out of 10 do recommend if yiu want a great car buying experience!!

By FAR the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I live out of state and the entire process literally took minutes to complete. Will K. answered the phone before the dealership was even open and sent me a super thorough video of the interior and exterior of the truck. Tristan w/ the finance dept. went above and beyond to find me the best rate and clearly explained all of the warranty options they offer. Working with Red River has always been great but our most recent experience was absolutely the easiest, smoothest, most stress free car buying experience we've ever had. Jacob, worked hard and got us exactly what we wanted on a new truck. He worked quickly and was transparent through the whole process. Tristan in the finance department was also awesome. I bought my Explorer here last week and had the best experience! I went in on my lunch break and was out in an hour and 1/2 - that included the test drive! Charlie helped me find the one I wanted and he made the process so smooth. Jason (finance) got me an even better interest rate than was first presented to me and was great at explaining everything and didn’t pressure either way, he just presented the facts. The pricing was very upfront and transparent - no bogus hidden fees. I’d recommend anyone buy from them!

On march 27 i bought a used jeep compass less that 6000 miles later all the tie rods and the steering likage needs to be replaced. Total out of pocket after inspection and repair is just under 1500. It pains me that they did not notice all the play and stuff during pre sale inspections. Just does not seem like they did a good inspection. However after talking with management they took 1/2 off for the issue and the vehicle was repaired they were polite and professional. I will be back.

I am very impressed with the courtesy of this dealership. I was car shopping on a Sunday initially looking locally in Paragould without any luck. I emailed Benji about a vehicle I was interested in and received a email back immediately. Monday afternoon I had an offer for my current vehicle and a contract in place for my 2026 Ford Explorer. Your sales professional John hutto and finance manager Jason Armstrong, made the buying experience very easy, fast and welcoming. We did most of the sale process through text and phone conversations which made the time actually being at the dealership very quick and out. On 7/14/2026, I used Red River Ford’s Mobile Service to have a technician come to my home and replace the front brakes on my 2022 F-250. This option was extremely convenient, as the next available appointment at the dealership was more than a week away. With an upcoming out-of-town trip this weekend and plans to tow a trailer, I knew my brakes needed attention before hitting the road. I would like to personally recognize the service technician, Will, for his time, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He arrived as scheduled, completed the repair efficiently, and took the time to answer my questions while ensuring everything was done right. The convenience of the Mobile Service program, combined with the outstanding service Will provided, made this a great experience. If I need any future maintenance that the Ford Mobile Service Team can perform, I will absolutely use them again and will request Will by name. Highly recommended!

I am very please with Red River Ford, they have been good to me ever time I was there. The only thing is when I got a call back on my vehicle they took care of it, after that in the next 2 days my battery would not let my vehicle start, I call Rev River Ford Service department and they told me my battery was old and did not have enought power to help it start. I boost my vehicle off and went to my personal mechanic and he check it out and my battery show that it was good. The needle on the Device show that the needle was all the way over to the far right. I did not take any more action concering this problem. But I do like Red River Ford and I would and will recommend Red Rever Ford to anyone. Thank you Red River Ford for being so helpful to me

Great experience! I was looking for a good deal on a used Yukon Denali. Anthony responded to my request for info on one they had within 5 minutes. I live 2 hrs away and didn't have time to go look at it. Anthony took several videos of the inside and outside to make sure I was comfortable buying site-unseen. He even arranged to have the windows tinted before delivery and then delivered it to my house- all within 2 days! Anthony and Tristan were fantastic to deal with. I couldn't have had a better experience - I'll definitely go to Red River first on my next vehicle purchase!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, not just our salesman Scott Crosthwait, but all the salesman and sales team were extremely polite, more of a family atmosphere than a business. Red River Ford has professional and friendly staff. I primarily use the service and parts department for the services I need to maintain my Ford Explorer and my wife's Lincoln MKC. Recently, we both had recall fixes done. My scheduled appointment was on a Wednesday at 9 am. I called to see if I could drop it off the day before as my wife had a medical appointment at 9 am Wednesday. They said that was fine. After I left dropping it off, the technician called said if I needed the vehicle before the appointment. I told him no as I have my wife's car. That was really nice of Red River Ford to see if my vehicle was critical to get to the appointment. When they did the recall fix of my wife's vehicle, they had thier mobile technician come to our house and fix it. That was awesome. I have been using Red River Ford since we moved to Arkansas for 4 1/2 years. Keep up the great customer service and I highly recommend Red River Ford.
