Red River Ford provided an amazing car buying experience that was easy and stress free from beginning to end. Scotty was such a genuinely nice guy that I never once felt like it was about the sale for him, but rather about what I needed. Most paperwork was completed online and car was delivered to me. When I realized I had left one thing in the trade-in car, he had it delivered the very next day. This is why I continue to return to Red River for all my car buying needs. They have been the best and most responsive every time.

I bought many of trucks from Crain ford in Jacksonville and never could get any warranty work done without a fight. Red river service is on the spot they come to my house and change oil and they check there self’s for recalls and do them while they are at my house .

I went in for my 30000 mile oil change and Haden was very nice when I checked in. I was shown my dirty cabin filter and engine filter and asked if I wanted them replaced?Haden came to the waiting area to let me know my truck was done. The whole process only took about 1 hour.I appreciate the respect for my time at Red River Ford service department!

I had a wonderful experience at Red River Ford working with Tristan, Bryson, and John. They were incredibly patient and helpful while I explored several different vehicle options and test drove multiple models. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into making a decision. What really stood out to me was that they truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They even allowed me to take the Explorer home on a demo so I could make sure it was the right fit for me. That made a huge difference in my decision and showed how much they care about their customers. The entire process was professional, relaxed, and enjoyable from start to finish. I absolutely love my new Explorer and would highly recommend Red River Ford and their team to anyone looking for a vehicle!

This is the first time I’ve dealt with Red River Ford. I have to say the over all experience was amazing. Called to get a critical update and the scheduler didn’t have a date/time slot that worked for my schedule. He immediately mentioned their mobile team, and said he would have them reach out to me to schedule a time that worked for me. I recieved a call within 30 minutes and the process was easy. The mobile team is an amazing add to Red River Ford. What was going to be several days before I could get my vehicle in for an update was alleviated by the implementation of this team. They were out to my house with-in the next business day and the total process was accomplished within minutes of their arrival. He was on time and very professional. Thanks again! I plan to do more business with Red River Ford in the near future.

Really great staff always friendly and helpful! Incredibly timely it’s great to not have to sit around all day and wait for an oil change! The only downfall this visit was, I had a broken cupholder (The bottom had fallen out ) and was given a $700 estimate to have it fixed, Which seemed ridiculous!!! I was told unfortunately, it was very labor-intensive. So after 3 YouTube videos and 20 minutes later! I was able to reengage the rubber peace (after researching I realized it was an incredibly common problem). With all that said, I’m a red river fan and would recommend them a million times!!!!

I wanted to share how great my experience with this dealership was and how grateful I am for the service department. We were coming back from vacation for spring break with my girls. My F-450 started overheating Friday night at 5:00 and I was 15 miles away from this dealership. My gf had called to see if there was any chance someone could look at my truck because we were pulling a 45’ fifth wheel. The receptionist found us a campground 1 mile from the dealership for us to park for the night and they looked at my truck first thing Saturday morning. I was back on the road by 12:00 to finish our trip home. If this dealership wasn’t 800 miles away, they would have earned my next truck purchase. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. If you are in the area and need something Ford, this is the place to go

I went to 3 different dealerships in 3 different states to get my SYNC software updated. The one in Illinois wouldn't even look at it unless I paid them $100. The one in Tennessee told me it would cost $250 to work the recall. Finally I came to Red River where I purchased the truck and they were as friendly as I remembered and quickly resolved my problem with no charge. I couldn't be happier with them.

Mike and Brad made the whole process very easy. The financing was smooth, and Austin did a great job. There was never any high-pressure sales or treats or "you better get it now it will be gone in a couple of hours". If you need your vehicle serviced, Red River Ford is the place to go. They made me aware that I had earned $168 credit in Ford Pass Reward Points, something that Riser-Harness's service department never mentioned to me. Therefore, it didn't cost me anything to get the "works" (oil changed, etc.). You'll be treated fairly here!

Landon, Chase and Scotty did great no aggressive car salesman tactics no crazy upsale pitch, just good people helping you find what you like (multiple test drives, multiple side by side color comparison, 2 vehicles literally pulled off transport truck to look at). My wife and I had been to several dealers prior to RRF and not felt comfortable due to being pressured to make a choice that day.

Casey was my salesperson. I can be a very picky and opinionated buyer. He tolerated all my questions and concerns perfectly. This dealership already has worked on my ford escape prior to me buying my new to me Subaru Outback. They understood that I was doing no money down and that if I didn’t like the numbers then I would leave. I’m satisfied with my purchase and would buy from them again. Car prices on the new cars is just too high so I plan to never buy new though.

Bryson Brad and Tristan are the guys to deal with. Ran into an issue after the sale where they could have definitely backed out on the deal with me and my girlfriend instead they took care of us and honored the original deal even though it went more into our favor. 2nd vehicle we have bought from them. He even explained all the new "gadgets". I was driving a 2013 Edge when we got there. Left in a 2025 Explorer. Pete, John and Tristan explained everything as we went thru the process of buying.
