Scottie was my salesman. I had shopped other dealerships and they were not able to help me because of difficult financial situations. Tracy, Scottie, and Allen were not only great to deal with, but they also got me about 5% lower interest rate than what 3 other dealerships offered me. No doubt my most pleasant truck buying experience ever.

We wanted a red Ford Bronco, and Red River Ford helped us find the perfect one. They found it at another dealership, and delivered it to us even though we are located three hours away from them. WC and Chase made the whole process so easy. We were very pleased with everything, and we are so excited about our new Bronco!

I went to 3 different dealerships in 3 different states to get my SYNC software updated. The one in Illinois wouldn't even look at it unless I paid them $100. The one in Tennessee told me it would cost $250 to work the recall. Finally I came to Red River where I purchased the truck and they were as friendly as I remembered and quickly resolved my problem with no charge. I couldn't be happier with them.

Mike and Brad made the whole process very easy. The financing was smooth, and Austin did a great job. There was never any high-pressure sales or treats or "you better get it now it will be gone in a couple of hours". Mike delivered the truck to my doorstep and went through all the bells and whistles with me. Great service and follow through. I would highly recommend these guys and the dealership for anyone wanting to buy a car or truck. John satisfied customer.

If you need your vehicle serviced, Red River Ford is the place to go. They made me aware that I had earned $168 credit in Ford Pass Reward Points, something that Riser-Harness's service department never mentioned to me. Therefore, it didn't cost me anything to get the "works" (oil changed, etc.). You'll be treated fairly here!

Landon, Chase and Scotty did great no aggressive car salesman tactics no crazy upsale pitch, just good people helping you find what you like (multiple test drives, multiple side by side color comparison, 2 vehicles literally pulled off transport truck to look at). My wife and I had been to several dealers prior to RRF and not felt comfortable due to being pressured to make a choice that day.

Casey was my salesperson. I can be a very picky and opinionated buyer. He tolerated all my questions and concerns perfectly. This dealership already has worked on my ford escape prior to me buying my new to me Subaru Outback. They understood that I was doing no money down and that if I didn’t like the numbers then I would leave. I’m satisfied with my purchase and would buy from them again. Car prices on the new cars is just too high so I plan to never buy new though.

Bryson Brad and Tristan are the guys to deal with. Ran into an issue after the sale where they could have definitely backed out on the deal with me and my girlfriend instead they took care of us and honored the original deal even though it went more into our favor. 2nd vehicle we have bought from them. Stand up guys never had a bad experience here! As a sales person myself I love being treated right more than getting a good deal and here you can get both. We were "just looking." Pete, the salesman, met us as we were driving thru the lot looking and asked what we were looking for. He is very friendly and outgoing. Helped us find the right vehicle. He even explained all the new "gadgets". I was driving a 2013 Edge when we got there. Left in a 2025 Explorer. Pete, John and Tristan explained everything as we went thru the process of buying. I bought my Explorer here last week and had the best experience! I went in on my lunch break and was out in an hour and 1/2 - that included the test drive! Charlie helped me find the one I wanted and he made the process so smooth. Jason (finance) got me an even better interest rate than was first presented to me and was great at explaining everything and didn’t pressure either way, he just presented the facts. The pricing was very upfront and transparent - no bogus hidden fees. I’d recommend anyone buy from them!

On march 27 i bought a used jeep compass less that 6000 miles later all the tie rods and the steering likage needs to be replaced. Total out of pocket after inspection and repair is just under 1500. It pains me that they did not notice all the play and stuff during pre sale inspections. Just does not seem like they did a good inspection. However after talking with management they took 1/2 off for the issue and the vehicle was repaired they were polite and professional. I will be back.

I emailed Benji about a vehicle I was interested in and received a email back immediately. Monday afternoon I had an offer for my current vehicle and a contract in place for my 2026 Ford Explorer. On 7/14/2026, I used Red River Ford’s Mobile Service to have a technician come to my home and replace the front brakes on my 2022 F-250. This option was extremely convenient, as the next available appointment at the dealership was more than a week away. With an upcoming out-of-town trip this weekend and plans to tow a trailer, I knew my brakes needed attention before hitting the road. I would like to personally recognize the service technician, Will, for his time, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He arrived as scheduled, completed the repair efficiently, and took the time to answer my questions while ensuring everything was done right. The convenience of the Mobile Service program, combined with the outstanding service Will provided, made this a great experience. If I need any future maintenance that the Ford Mobile Service Team can perform, I will absolutely use them again and will request Will by name. Highly recommended!

I am very please with Red River Ford, they have been good to me ever time I was there. The only thing is when I got a call back on my vehicle they took care of it, after that in the next 2 days my battery would not let my vehicle start, I call Rev River Ford Service department and they told me my battery was old and did not have enought power to help it start. I boost my vehicle off and went to my personal mechanic and he check it out and my battery show that it was good. The needle on the Device show that the needle was all the way over to the far right. I did not take any more action concering this problem. But I do like Red River Ford and I would and will recommend Red Rever Ford to anyone. Thank you Red River Ford for being so helpful to me

Great experience! I was looking for a good deal on a used Yukon Denali. Anthony responded to my request for info on one they had within 5 minutes. I live 2 hrs away and didn't have time to go look at it. Anthony took several videos of the inside and outside to make sure I was comfortable buying site-unseen. He even arranged to have the windows tinted before delivery and then delivered it to my house- all within 2 days! Anthony and Tristan were fantastic to deal with. I couldn't have had a better experience - I'll definitely go to Red River first on my next vehicle purchase!

EXCELLENT! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, not just our salesman Scott Crosthwait, but all the salesman and sales team were extremely polite, more of a family atmosphere than a business. I'm not the easiest person to satisfy with car deals, but they done such an amazing job, we bought a forth vehicle! Would definitely recommend this team to anyone in search of a new vehicle! We were in route for our camping truck when i discovered my truck truck didnt want to tow our camper and all our stuff as well as i wanted it to, Scott hooked us up with a beast f250! Red River Ford has professional and friendly staff. I primarily use the service and parts department for the services I need to maintain my Ford Explorer and my wife's Lincoln MKC. Recently, we both had recall fixes done. My scheduled appointment was on a Wednesday at 9 am. I called to see if I could drop it off the day before as my wife had a medical appointment at 9 am Wednesday. They said that was fine. After I left dropping it off, the technician called said if I needed the vehicle before the appointment. I told him no as I have my wife's car. That was really nice of Red River Ford to see if my vehicle was critical to get to the appointment. When they did the recall fix of my wife's vehicle, they had thier mobile technician come to our house and fix it. That was awesome. I have been using Red River Ford since we moved to Arkansas for 4 1/2 years. Keep up the great customer service and I highly recommend Red River Ford.

And the cost of transport is surprisingly low. He even found my latest Certified Pre-Owned personal truck, a forest green Black Lightning Edition Bronco.
