Where do I start, Ray the sales associate was very personable and relatable. He has a job and he executed well. He is there to sell and that is what he did. The experience and atmosphere was very laid back and convenient. The management team worked hard to find a deal that worked better for me and the situation I was in and I cannot thank them enough for shifting and moving things around. Brad & Alan had a lot of character and very personable as well. Finance guy Chad was very open and transparent straight to the point. I might sound like I know these guys by this review but honestly have been intimidated by this place but I guarantee you these guys are all as I honestly reviewed I would recommend anyone to come and check them out and don’t be afraid to show some character back the guys enjoy it.

I hade a recall on my car that I bought from Red River Ford and they called me to let me know and then set up a time to come to where the car is and complete the recall. The technician arrived early, was polite, and performed the recall quickly. All great service.

The service I received was outstanding. They loan me a vehicle so I would have transportation until mine was fixed which was an important part of there service. My vehicle was supposed to take about a week to get fixed due to the fact that there were a lot of workers out sick. But I was surprised that the next day my vehicle was done. Great low-stress buying experience. Our first time dealing with Red River Ford and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. Jacob our salesman, Nick the sales manager, and Tristan in finance all worked together and with us to make this a painless and quick process. We met and test drove on Friday and returned to make the purchase on Saturday. We probably spent a combined total of 3 hours at the dealership which is much better than our previous car buying experiences. We got a great price on a new 2024 Ford F-250, better than we have found anywhere else. There were no addendums on the sticker price (wheel locks, paint protection, VIN etching, fabric protection, etc) and no "market adjustments" on the price of the vehicle we wanted. Can't recommend Red River Ford enough.

Have you ever noticed how many trucks and cars have sign on the back of their vehicle saying that got it from Red River? I bought my 17 year old son a reliable used car from there and my Explorer from them. They are reputable and I have been extremely pleased with their servicing our vehicles. Red River is a good company to work with.

This was the easiest oil change I’ve ever done. My FordPass app told me it was time to change the oil in my truck. I called to schedule an appointment but because I work in Jacksonville, getting it down there and sitting with it wasn’t the easiest option for me. Red River Ford offered to come pick it up free of charge to get the oil changed and brought it right back to my work! Can’t be any easier than that!

Friendly people in service. Have not experienced the sales staff, but I'm sure they are great people too. Not much on the lot right now due to the supply chain issues, but loved seeing the GT500 on the showroom. Dec2024 update. Alot on the lots now. My salesman, Scotty, listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me at all. This is completely opposite of what I experienced at other dealerships through the years. Scotty was respectful, attentive, and made everything I wanted happen. It was a pleasure to conduct business with him. After we made the deal, I sat down with Chase, the finance manager, and again there was no pressure. The deal was done and I was on my way. Thank you both for making this a positive experience. Red River Ford provided an amazing car buying experience that was easy and stress free from beginning to end. Scotty was such a genuinely nice guy that I never once felt like it was about the sale for him, but rather about what I needed. Most paperwork was completed online and car was delivered to me. I went in for my 30000 mile oil change and Haden was very nice when I checked in. I was shown my dirty cabin filter and engine filter and asked if I wanted them replaced?Haden came to the waiting area to let me know my truck was done. The whole process only took about 1 hour.I appreciate the respect for my time at Red River Ford service department!

He immediately mentioned their mobile team, and said he would have them reach out to me to schedule a time that worked for me. I recieved a call within 30 minutes and the process was easy. The mobile team is an amazing add to Red River Ford. What was going to be several days before I could get my vehicle in for an update was alleviated by the implementation of this team. They were out to my house with-in the next business day and the total process was accomplished within minutes of their arrival. He was on time and very professional. Thanks again! Really great staff always friendly and helpful! Incredibly timely it’s great to not have to sit around all day and wait for an oil change! The only downfall this visit was, I had a broken cupholder (The bottom had fallen out ) and was given a $700 estimate to have it fixed, Which seemed ridiculous!!! I was told unfortunately, it was very labor-intensive. So after 3 YouTube videos and 20 minutes later! I was able to reengage the rubber peace (after researching I realized it was an incredibly common problem). With all that said, I’m a red river fan and would recommend them a million times!!!!

I wanted to share how great my experience with this dealership was and how grateful I am for the service department. We were coming back from vacation for spring break with my girls. My F-450 started overheating Friday night at 5:00 and I was 15 miles away from this dealership. My gf had called to see if there was any chance someone could look at my truck because we were pulling a 45’ fifth wheel. The receptionist found us a campground 1 mile from the dealership for us to park for the night and they looked at my truck first thing Saturday morning. I was back on the road by 12:00 to finish our trip home. If this dealership wasn’t 800 miles away, they would have earned my next truck purchase. The hospitality of the staff was excellent.
