I have been dealing with Jacob and Alan for years. It has always been a pleasant experience dealing with them. I am currently living in North Dakota but I will always come back to Red River in Cabot Ar to purchase my vehicles. Thanks guys for always being there even after the sale has been made.

I just loved the process of my vehicle being picked up, taken to the dealership,service done and the vehicle returned to my driveway. Everyone that I had contact with either by phone or in person was very helpful and kept in touch with me. Ray was my salesman and he was not pushy at all. He was very informative. We took 3 days to make our decision and he was patient. When we went in to buy the team was helpful and kind. They gave a very fair value on our trade. The process was easy and quick. We had our own financing and we only spent 10 minutes in the finance office. It was literally the quickest purchase we have ever made, once we made our decision. I would definitely look that their selection first when we are in need of a vehicle again. Bought a Ford Timberline on Saturday from Pete and Tristan and picked it up Tuesday night! The overall experience was an 11 out of 10. I called around and asked several dealers what is their best out the door price, almost every place guaranteed me that theirs is the lowest. My local Ford said that they will only make a few hundred on it. Found the same truck at Red River for $6000 less and they hooked me up with a good warranty then drove 4.5 hours to deliver it to my home. The only negatives would be that it was low on fuel and dirty.

Purchasing a vehicle from Red River Ford was the easiest truck purchase I’ve ever made. I called about it at 12:25 the deal was done by 1:30 and the truck was delivered to my home 120 miles away before 6pm. Scotty and his sales manager made this deal seamless.

Top notch customer service, communicated well. I took advantage of there chauffeur service, which allowed me to drop my truck on way home from work, they took me home. I was able to clean up, and return to pick me up when my truck was ready.

I’ve now purchased my second vehicle from Red River Ford in Cabot. A couple of years ago we put a Ford maverick on order. The process was simple, straightforward, and painless. When the truck came in there were no surprises, and the process worked exactly as they promised! I had such a good experience with my first purchase when it came time to purchase a second vehicle we went straight to Red River Ford. Immediately I was met by Ray who patiently listened to our needs and showed us the Ford Bronco Sport selection they had in stock. He was patient with us while we looked over each vehicle and selected the perfect one for us. Again, the buying process was very simple, straightforward, fair, and had no surprises. We had to pick up the vehicle the next day and Ray stayed in contact with us. The Bronco was ready when we were there to pick it up, cleaned and fueled up for us! There were a few things that needed to get taken care of on the new car - it needed detailed and a digital touchpad to unlock the car needed to be programmed. Ray made sure that we were taken care of in their service department and then got us a loaner vehicle so we would have transportation while they completed the work. I’ve bought cars from other dealers in the past and it’s rarely ever a good experience. That just isn’t the case with Red River Ford, in my experience. I will continue to shop with them anytime I need a new vehicle and I highly recommend them.

Had my filtered search online. I was particular in what I wanted and the price I was budgeted for. Short of the long a notification arrived and the vehicle I wanted was at the right price. I flew from Albuquerque into Little Rock. Preston then picked me up. Prior to flying out, communication was top notch. Had a couple things added to the truck prior to arriving in Little Rock. To say the least car buying was a breeze. All the staff were down to earth and personable. Would buy from them again should I need to.

Much quicker than i expected. I came in for oil change, tire rotation, new battery and new brakes. Was very surprised when my Expedition was finished in less than 1 ½ hours. I was told that the brakes were fine. The fact that I told them it needed brakes, they could have done it and charged me about $500 and I would have been fine with it. However, they were extremely honest, and told me truth. Thanks for the honesty, integrity and great service.

I bought my Explorer here last week and had the best experience! I went in on my lunch break and was out in an hour and 1/2 - that included the test drive! Charlie helped me find the one I wanted and he made the process so smooth. Jason (finance) got me an even better interest rate than was first presented to me and was great at explaining everything and didn’t pressure either way, he just presented the facts. The pricing was very upfront and transparent - no bogus hidden fees. I’d recommend anyone buy from them!

On march 27 i bought a used jeep compass less that 6000 miles later all the tie rods and the steering likage needs to be replaced. Total out of pocket after inspection and repair is just under 1500. It pains me that they did not notice all the play and stuff during pre sale inspections. Just does not seem like they did a good inspection. However after talking with management they took 1/2 off for the issue and the vehicle was repaired they were polite and professional. I will be back.

I emailed Benji about a vehicle I was interested in and received a email back immediately. Monday afternoon I had an offer for my current vehicle and a contract in place for my 2026 Ford Explorer. On 7/14/2026, I used Red River Ford’s Mobile Service to have a technician come to my home and replace the front brakes on my 2022 F-250. This option was extremely convenient, as the next available appointment at the dealership was more than a week away. With an upcoming out-of-town trip this weekend and plans to tow a trailer, I knew my brakes needed attention before hitting the road. I would like to personally recognize the service technician, Will, for his time, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He arrived as scheduled, completed the repair efficiently, and took the time to answer my questions while ensuring everything was done right. The convenience of the Mobile Service program, combined with the outstanding service Will provided, made this a great experience. If I need any future maintenance that the Ford Mobile Service Team can perform, I will absolutely use them again and will request Will by name. Highly recommended!

I am very please with Red River Ford, they have been good to me ever time I was there. The only thing is when I got a call back on my vehicle they took care of it, after that in the next 2 days my battery would not let my vehicle start, I call Rev River Ford Service department and they told me my battery was old and did not have enought power to help it start. I boost my vehicle off and went to my personal mechanic and he check it out and my battery show that it was good. The needle on the Device show that the needle was all the way over to the far right. I did not take any more action concering this problem. But I do like Red River Ford and I would and will recommend Red Rever Ford to anyone. Thank you Red River Ford for being so helpful to me

Great experience! I was looking for a good deal on a used Yukon Denali. Anthony responded to my request for info on one they had within 5 minutes. I live 2 hrs away and didn't have time to go look at it. Anthony took several videos of the inside and outside to make sure I was comfortable buying site-unseen. He even arranged to have the windows tinted before delivery and then delivered it to my house- all within 2 days! Anthony and Tristan were fantastic to deal with. I couldn't have had a better experience - I'll definitely go to Red River first on my next vehicle purchase!

EXCELLENT! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, not just our salesman Scott Crosthwait, but all the salesman and sales team were extremely polite, more of a family atmosphere than a business. I'm not the easiest person to satisfy with car deals, but they done such an amazing job, we bought a forth vehicle! Would definitely recommend this team to anyone in search of a new vehicle! Red River Ford has professional and friendly staff. I primarily use the service and parts department for the services I need to maintain my Ford Explorer and my wife's Lincoln MKC. Recently, we both had recall fixes done. My scheduled appointment was on a Wednesday at 9 am. I called to see if I could drop it off the day before as my wife had a medical appointment at 9 am Wednesday. They said that was fine. After I left dropping it off, the technician called said if I needed the vehicle before the appointment. I told him no as I have my wife's car. That was really nice of Red River Ford to see if my vehicle was critical to get to the appointment. When they did the recall fix of my wife's vehicle, they had thier mobile technician come to our house and fix it. That was awesome. I have been using Red River Ford since we moved to Arkansas for 4 1/2 years. Keep up the great customer service and I highly recommend Red River Ford.

I simply call and tell him what truck and cargo management system I’m looking for and he finds it for me at a cost well below those found in the Atlanta area. And the cost of transport is surprisingly low. He even found my latest Certified Pre-Owned personal truck, a forest green Black Lightning Edition Bronco.
