Austin Ryals

I had been looking for a Ford Maverick Hybrid. Austin kept me informed on the status of a pre-ordered vehicle. I am grateful to the person that placed the order and then decided to upgrade and to the dealership for giving me the opportunity to buy it. I really like this vehicle. It shows I'm getting 38 mpg! I'll do the math the next fill up to see for sure! I am very thankful! Recently, my Ford Maverick Hybrid did not start as I was leaving for work. Fortunately I had a battery booster and made it to work on time. I called Red River Ford and told them about the battery. They responded immediately. Picked up my truck from my place of work, installed a temporary battery until the ordered replacement could be installed. I appreciate their quick response!

The team at Red River could not have been nicer. We feel like we got a fair deal and love the new truck. Austin was a great sales associate and Triston worked great with is on finance. We have already gave someone a recommendation to buy there.
