Mike and Brad made the whole process very easy. The financing was smooth, and Austin did a great job. There was never any high-pressure sales or treats or "you better get it now it will be gone in a couple of hours". Bryson Brad and Tristan are the guys to deal with. Ran into an issue after the sale where they could have definitely backed out on the deal with me and my girlfriend instead they took care of us and honored the original deal even though it went more into our favor. 2nd vehicle we have bought from them. Where do I start, Ray the sales associate was very personable and relatable. He has a job and he executed well. He is there to sell and that is what he did. The experience and atmosphere was very laid back and convenient. The management team worked hard to find a deal that worked better for me and the situation I was in and I cannot thank them enough for shifting and moving things around. Brad & Alan had a lot of character and very personable as well. Finance guy Chad was very open and transparent straight to the point. I might sound like I know these guys by this review but honestly have been intimidated by this place but I guarantee you these guys are all as I honestly reviewed I would recommend anyone to come and check them out and don’t be afraid to show some character back the guys enjoy it.

Woo Pow….. Scott Crosthwait is a good person not just a great salesman. Just purchased my 2nd new Ford from Scott @ Red River Ford. They were fair and were thousands better on trade than anyone else. Sales manager Brad Thomas was extremely easy to work with and made a point to make sure I was happy with my F-150 purchased. They worked to get me what I feel to be best possible deal. Finance manager Chase Campbell did not give me and pressure to purchase any extras. He treated me with respect just like the first time when I went through finance dept. Personal opinion if you are financing a new or used car and don’t get gap insurance you better get it through you Auto insurance company. Bryson and Brad were great!!! Bryson did everything over the phone for me because like most people I’m busy as hell. On a Saturday Bryson had an employee drive the truck i was looking at to Benton from Cabot so I could look at it, we closed that day over the phone!!!
