They were very helpful when I walked in. I didn't have to wait they asked if they could help me, found my appointment and since I was waiting on it directed me to the waiting area. I got a text from Grant saying if I needed anything to let him know. It wasn't long they were calling my name, got me checked out and I was back on the road. They were all so nice and I will be taking my vehicle back for any maintenance it needs.

UPDATE. 2nd review 2 1/2 years later, I have 95,000 miles on my truck… The keypad on the driver side door popped out so I taped it up with painters tape to hold it. I called Red River and got an appointment. Haydon was my Service point of contact! As soon as I got my appointment, I got a text that said I had an appointment. I got another reminder the day before that I had an appointment. When I arrived, it took me five minutes to check in, and a nice young man named Grant was standing right there to drive me home. Three hours later, they actually drove my truck to drop it off at my house. Oh yeah, I have an extended warranty through Ford that paid for the repair. Red River Ford! is amazing. Great place to buy a truck and a great place to have it serviced. They are amazing. 1st Review I love Red River Ford! They did a fantastic job repairing an axil bolt recall! Nice people quality work! BTW I love my F-150! Woo!
