He was very polite and professional and very informative. Probably the easiest and smoothest purchase I've made of a new vehicle. Will Kennedy made the process easy for me, helped me pick out the truck I wanted over the phone while I was at work by sending pictures and video walk-arounds of a few different trucks as well as value my trade in. He helped me get the truck customized how I wanted with leather, tint, and bed liner. We showed up at 6 to do paperwork and left by 7 with our new truck. The finance manager was awesome as well. 10/10 would recommend Red River Ford and Will.

Was looking for the perfect truck, we found it at Red River Ford, was able to put a deposit down to hold It, As we live two hours away from there, we went the very next day and got the truck. I called around and asked several dealers what is their best out the door price, almost every place guaranteed me that theirs is the lowest. My local Ford said that they will only make a few hundred on it. Found the same truck at Red River for $6000 less and they hooked me up with a good warranty then drove 4.5 hours to deliver it to my home. The only negatives would be that it was low on fuel and dirty.

I’ve now purchased my second vehicle from Red River Ford in Cabot. A couple of years ago we put a Ford maverick on order. The process was simple, straightforward, and painless. When the truck came in there were no surprises, and the process worked exactly as they promised! I had such a good experience with my first purchase when it came time to purchase a second vehicle we went straight to Red River Ford. Immediately I was met by Ray who patiently listened to our needs and showed us the Ford Bronco Sport selection they had in stock. He was patient with us while we looked over each vehicle and selected the perfect one for us. Again, the buying process was very simple, straightforward, fair, and had no surprises. We had to pick up the vehicle the next day and Ray stayed in contact with us. The Bronco was ready when we were there to pick it up, cleaned and fueled up for us! There were a few things that needed to get taken care of on the new car - it needed detailed and a digital touchpad to unlock the car needed to be programmed. Ray made sure that we were taken care of in their service department and then got us a loaner vehicle so we would have transportation while they completed the work. I’ve bought cars from other dealers in the past and it’s rarely ever a good experience. That just isn’t the case with Red River Ford, in my experience. I will continue to shop with them anytime I need a new vehicle and I highly recommend them.

When I pick a dealership for buying a new car or truck and I am treated right like at red river from then on I will stay with that dealership. I have done this my whole life but as we all know things change and other dealers have changed hands and left me hanging and because of life things happen. I came to be no truck for towing or doing things around my property and red river stepped up to the plate and I did everything over the phone and they had my truck to me 30 minutes before they said they would and I live one hour and half away from the ford dealership service has been great so I will stick with them for every thing I buy now
